# Revenue Sharing

Earn revenue by holding a Ferdy Fish

We allocate 1% of all bets toward Ferdy Fish NFT holders. Ferdy Fish holders can claim a portion of this revenue depending on how many NFTs they own. This 1% comes from all bets on all chains and flows back to the holders of the collection on AVAX.\

# Referrals

Referrers will earn 1% of every bet made by a referred user. Once a player plays their first game, the referral code will be **permanently** stored in the smart contract, ensuring that **YOU** continue to earn from each bet.\

Referral earnings will automatically settle in your account; claiming is not necessary.


# One-click betting

Embedded wallets are self-custodial wallets provisioned by Privy itself for a wallet experience that is directly embedded in Ferdy. Embedded wallets do not require a separate wallet client, like a browser extension or a mobile app, and can be accessed directly from FerdyFlip. These are primarily designed for users of Ferdy who may not already have an external wallet, or don't want to connect their external wallet.

Ferdy doesn't require an external wallet; you can sign up with social media accounts or an email. After connecting using your preferred method, an embedded wallet is automatically created, powered by [Privy](https://privy.io/).&#x20;

**Export wallet**

When a user exports their embedded wallet, the private key is only generated on your device in a secure location that neither FerdyFlip nor Privy have access to. # Roadmap

The Ferdy team prides itself on our ability to deliver. Generally speaking, we don’t like to tie ourselves down to a specific roadmap, we just build what we like, when we like.

But we do have a variety of things on our minds. The following is a list, in no particular order, of the things we’re looking at doing.

We do not commit to doing everything or even anything on this list, and we do not commit to any specific timeframe to launch them.

### $Ferdy token

Having our revenue share tied to a set of 300 NFTs has been quite limiting for our product, so we plan to **shift** it to a **token** to expand our options. This will **replace the current illiquid market** for the NFTs with a much more natural way to buy/sell a stake in the casino revenue.

The Ferdy team will continue to be funded by profits from the casino by staking our share of the tokens.

We’re looking into other ideas about how to make the Ferdy NFTs dynamic post (value) transfer.

### More token betting options

Until now, we’ve just supported betting in the native token for each chain. Once $FERDY launches, we’ll be adding support for arbitrary ERC-20 tokens, $FERDY to start, but USDC and potentially more tokens via partnerships.

### Faster RNG fulfillment

We’ve observed that it takes on average 8 seconds for randomness to be provided by Chainlink, and we expect a similar delay on other chains we want to expand to.

Base has no Chainlink, so we were forced to deploy our in-house RNG provider, and we fulfill requests within 2 seconds.

✅ ~~We expect that our own RNG will be faster on all chains, including AVAX, so we’d like to provide users with the **OPTION** to use the faster RNG, even for chains that have native Chainlink support.~~

### Achievements

We’re going to have a line of stamp NFTs that you can collect, automatically minted to your account as you interact with the casino. You’ll be able to view your stamps on the site, and they’ll modify your gaming experience and FerdyBox presentation.


# How to bet?

Transparent gambling experience

First and foremost the player has to connect to the website. Upon selection, the player can choose which network to play on.&#x20;

The player needs to place a wager (bet amount) before being able to play a game. The player enters the amount in the supported currency depending on which network the player is connected to. We support MegaETH (ETH) and Avalanche (AVAX).

### Multi-betting

We allow multi-betting. In one transaction, a player can play multiple rounds, currently up to 10 bets on all games.&#x20;

### Results

Once a bet is placed FerdyFlip requests a random number using [VRF](https://docs.ferdyflip.xyz/betting/provably-fair) on ChainLink supported networks to determine the outcome.

# Provably Fair

Transparent gambling experience

On the networks that support it, we utilize Chainlink VRF to guarantee that every spin and deal is truly fair and random, providing you with a trustworthy and transparent gambling experience. A VRF is a Random Number Generator (RNG) that provides random outcomes verifiable on-chain. With a VRF, Ferdy can provide users with provably fair outcomes that are impossible to have been tampered with. More information on how a VRF like Chainlink VRF works can be found [here](https://docs.chain.link/vrf/v2/introduction).&#x20;

We have built our own in-house randomness provider on networks that Chainlink doesn't yet support. The server awaits a request for a random number and fulfills it with a 256-bit integer. This integer is computed off-chain to avoid cheating the system.&#x20;
